Constellation uses its industry leading Constellation Program Management Framework (CPMFTM) as an overarching approach for delivering successfully on complex federal government engagements. Our framework results in our highly efficient delivery approach by reducing rework, errors and missed requirements and results in an overall reduced cost and reduced time to implementation of the government requirements. Our framework is derived from and is compatible with the federal government’s enterprise architecture requirements and the U.S. Department of Homeland Security Systems Engineering Life Cycle definitions.
