Who We're Looking For
Business Analysts
Business analysts, working independently or as part of a team, will help evaluate and solve the client’s business challenges by collecting, reviewing and analyzing information – synthesizing the information to help agency senior executives make decisions. Business analysts will be expected to define a problem, collect and analyze data pertaining to it, evaluate processes and procedures and ultimately recommend strategies or tactics. Must be a US Citizen and will be expected to prepare reports that summarize his or her findings and recommendations, and may present analysis to senior clients.
Program Managers
Program managers ensure master plans and schedules are followed, developing solutions to program challenges, and directing others for successful completion of project on time and on budget. In many cases, program managers lead the effort of providing program management support services to the manpower requirements determination process of a key agency within the Department of Homeland Security. The process involves developing methods for assessing human resource requirements and institutionalizing a standard process to establish, document and manage organizational structures, position types and manning levels for the purpose of staffing the agency. The Program Manager will lead a multi-year contract with work products deliver throughout.
